Hameeda and I recently worked together on selling a property I inherited. After receiving multiple inquiries via mail about the property, hers was one of the few that I set aside. When I was finally ready to sell, I prayed and met with and spoke to several investment companies and I am so glad that God led me to First Step Property Solutions! Hameeda was professional yet personable, knowledgeable, flexible and easy to work with, and I appreciate that she brought what I would call “out of the box” ideas to the table. I felt very comfortable working with her and felt that not only was she interested in the business aspect of it for herself but she genuinely wants the best for the client. It was such a positive experience that I did not hesitate to refer her to a close friend who was looking to sell a property also.
